After the 14-day trial, you can subscribe to a paid plan. If you choose not to subscribe to a paid plan, your free trial account will be deleted after 30 days.

An MAU is any user who logs into the JoyLMS system at least once during a given month. You are billed based on the number of MAUs, allowing you to pay only for users actively engaging with the platform.
JoyLMS does allow for overages in the number of users, but if you exceed your initial commitment, you will be billed twice the regular rate for each additional MAU.
Yes! You have complete control over the number of user licenses purchased. You can specify the exact number of MAUs needed for your organization and the maximum overage amount you wish to allow.
JoyLMS operates on a monthly subscription model. The base price includes the core system functionality, and you can tailor your plan with add-ons. Your monthly bill reflects the number of active users and the selected add-ons.

JoyLMS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
You can increase or decrease the number of users on your plan at any time. If you increase your users, you'll be charged a prorated fee until your next renewal date. Any user decreases will take effect at your next renewal.
You can add or remove add-ons at anytime. If you select another add-on, you'll be charged a prorated fee until your next renewal date. Any removal of add-ons will take effect at your next renewal.
Yes! Annual payments by check are an option if you're on an plan with more than 200 users. However, ACH or wire transfer are the preferred methods for payment when you want to pay annually. If you prefer to pay for JoyLMS on an annual basis, please contact us.
